Scope of services
Services, deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project are set out in a written proposal agreed by both parties before work begins.
No guarantees on outcomes outside our control
We do not guarantee a specific search ranking or visibility inside AI system answers, as these depend on third-party algorithms. We commit to implementing best practices and measuring impact.
Intellectual property
Ownership of paid final deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the contract, while we retain our general reusable tools and components.
Payments
Payment schedules are defined in the approved proposal. Late payments or delays in providing required materials may delay the timeline.
